Karoline Wileczek has been painting for 25 years. She holds a Master of Fine Art in Painting from the University of Minnesota and a BFA from Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia. Her work has been shown at the Minneapolis Institute of Art, The Soap Factory in Minneapolis, The Delaware Center for The Contemporary Arts, and The Biggs Museum of American Art, as well as many art centers and galleries. Her paintings are held in private collections across the country. She has also been leading the DE chapter of No Limits for Women Artists since 2001. Teaching positions have included - adjunct faculty at the University of MN, Saint Paul Public schools community education, St. Paul Academy, MN, YWCA, DE, and the Center for Creative Arts, Yorklyn, DE.
She was a Delaware Division of the Arts Fellow in Painting for the year 2002 and an opportunity grant recipient for 2006. A major exhibition of her work spaning 15 years will occur this September at the 205 Lavinia Gallery in Milton, DE. She currently lives and works in Newark, DE with her husband and two children.
