On Wednesday, November 29th, 2006 from 7-9 pm a lecture on Mayan abdominal massage
will be presented at 205 Lavinia Street in Milton by Anita Morgan, LMT.
Mayan abdominal massage is an ancient technique in which external, non-invasive manipulation
repositions abdominal and reproductive organs. Abdominal and reproductive displacement and congestion
cause most of our common female and male complaints, as well as a host of seemingly unrelated ailments.
In women, uterine displacement is fairly common. Repositioning of the uterus can help with problems
including painful and irregular periods, PMS, infertility, uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts,
endometriosis, or even a prolapsed uterus. In men, these techniques are also useful for some fertility
issues as well as preventing swelling and inflammation to the prostate. Digestion is aided in both
